Have high ferritin, that goes up a little every blood test. currently 356, high is listed as 150. at what level does organ damage start? how do i know if various illnesses are related or not?

The serum ferritin is usually interpreted in context of other information; and high ferritin may be because of ongoing inflammation in the body rather than just high iron that could accumulate and damage organs. It is best to discuss with your clinician that has all the information.
