I went to sephora and apply lipstick with a swab but the second time the lady that work there had a cold sore and see rub the lipstick on hand before getting me another swab. she had no sores on hand i didn't noticed it at first bc of her lipstick?

Herpes virus from a cold sore is transmitted from skin to skin contact. If the virus was somehow briefly present on that lipstick, it could be transmitted to your skin. I feel the chances of this happening is very unlikely though and I wouldn't worry much about it.
