Have you seen a hematologist? This is a needed opinion with a case like this, especially if your symptoms, which are non-specific, are being caused by the neutropenia. It would be necessary to know why you are neutropenic to find out what the treatment, if any, should be. So, see a hematologist to interpret your test results and fully evaluate you.
