If ultrasound does not detect varicocele then this condition is ruled out, especially on the right side (left sided varicocele is much more common). You should continue to follow with your doctor for ruling out genitourinary tract infection. If infection is ruled out then your symptoms could be consistent with chronic pelvic pain syndrome but you are probably too young for this chronic condition.

hard to say without an exam. Hope you were examined by the doc before getting an Ultrasound Try wearing a good support underwear and if still a problem pl see a Urologist for a clinical exam. RE urine symptoms pl get a urinalysis and let the Urologist know
