Not real weight loss: Wallaby, while water pills may cause you to lose weight in the first few days, this is not considered true weight loss, and in fact the continued use of diuretics (or water pills) for weight loss can be dangerous. The best way to approach weight loss is through altering the diet, and exercise. For some people who are extremely obese, specific weight loss medications may be helpful.
