I have factor five leiden with protein c deficiency. i just switched to pradaxa and dont like the side effects so im switching back to warfarin. im taking lovenox shots while i transition. is it ok if i take the shot an hour late so i can sleep in?

Taking the Lovenox 1 hour later will not affect the effectiveness very much. It is ok to take a dose within an hour of the dose being due as this will still keep you anti-coagulated while you transition back to warfarin. Good luck to you!
