Yes: Both are well-studies and are even better replacements for atrial fibrillation without valve defects. Rivaroxaban in addition has been proven to be a good treatment for pe and dvt.

Dabigatran&rivaroxab: These two agents have been shown to be as effective as warfarin in non valvar atrial fibrillation. Other cardiac indications remain to be approved. These agents are expensive and are not presently able to be reversed.
