Is it dangerous for me to take escitalopram (lexapro) 20mg if i already have a low resting heartrate? generally its around 50-55 but can drop to 40s i am 28 years old, healthy lifestyle but not an athlete?

For safety-All meds should be taken under the care of a doc who would take your low heart rate under consideration and select the med and its dosage. Pl do so. good luck
