Let's find out if or not the red spots on legs are true petechiae- Petechiae do not blanch off (when you press over the rash, reddish purple color does not fade). Individuals with leukemia are likely to have easy bruising, anemia, swollen glands, liver, and spleen. Seek a medical attention if you are still concerned.
