Unlikely: You do not expect petechiae unless there is a drastic fall in platelet counts. Moreover you are not expected to have a normal CBC if you were to have leukemia. if you feel well ignore your concerns as baseless. if you feel unwell, then repeat your CBC and go see your doctor for examination. Petechiae are difficult to see for a lay person.
