I had a lesion or something not sure but it has gone down and under is pink skin with a black spot i'm sneezing alot and when the lesion appeared peeing alot but that's gone now is this healing or a sign of something bad thanks for any help?

You did not ay where the lesion is. Cant say without exam what it is. If healing - let it do so. If not pl see your doc. good luck
