These results mean past hepatitis A infection or vaccination against it. Almost certainly not active infection and no need for IgM testing unless you are at high risk or have symptoms. For example, if you had personal contact with someone known to have active hep A, or if jaundiced or other symptoms that suggest acute hepatitis, IgM testing should be done. Otherwise no worries.
