Does pid always cause pelvic pain?? i have suspected that i have pid but my gynecologist and planned parenthood have both said they dont think so because i have no pelvic pain at all during examination or sex. us showed tube swelling though. confuse?

As discussed in response to your several other questions, you clearly have an unusual and complex problem. Whether or not your problems are classified as PID is irrelevant, since you have been treated (twice) as appropriate and recommended for PID. Not all PID is sexually acquired, in case that makes a difference. Infection/inflammation after embedded IUD can be considered a form of PID.
