Post nasal surgery: Since you are only 5 weeks after sinus surgery I would think the incidence of empty nose syndrome this soon would be unlikely. Your surgeon should certainly evaluate you and determine the cause of your constant nasal drip(rhinorrhea). If he doesn't answer your concerns get a second opinion from a board certified otolaryngologist. Good luck
