Can low iron and ferritin levels cause problems walking? i have a hard time walking or standing up and my iron is 26 and ferritine too low 4. hemoglobin 10. also out of breath and dizzy when trying to walk few feet away?

The low iron and ferritin is likely causing an iron deficiency anemia as evidenced by your low hemoglobin. This could be causing your symptoms. You also need to find out the cause of your anemia-do you have heavy menses or is there another source of blood loss? This would require further testing but you should be on iron replacement so that more red blood cells can be made to correct the anemia.
