Went on zithromax several months ago for sinus infection. i got abdominal pain while taking it and have had elevated liver enzymes since. can the zithromax cause this?

Yes, zithromax can cause drug induced hepatitis but not that common. Other causes of elevated liver enzymes should be ruled out. If zithromax is the culprit then the liver enzyme change should resolve quickly after stopping this antibiotic. Good luck.
