In order to suggest an oral medication, you first need to find out why your skin is itchy. For example, if your skin is itchy from dryness, there is no oral medication that would be needed-moisturizing lotion would be used. So, you should see a skin doctor to diagnose your itchy skin and then a treatment can be prescribed. An allergic condition could be treated with an antihistamine. Good luck!
