It's unusual to have neuropathic symptoms as part of fibromyalgia. See your physician and request some blood work, like a thyroid function panel, vitamin B12, Lyme disease serology, comprehensive metabolic panel. A referral to a neurologist for EMG testing to identify the neuropathy is probably necessary. Fibromyalgia is often a diagnosis of exclusion. Other conditions need to be assessed first
