FIbromyalgia?: 34y w. "abd pain, headaches & fatigue" has discomfort arms & legs w. extremity parasthesias & "tight chest". This constellation of symptoms is compatible with fibromyalgia, with an overlay of anxiety-driven hyperventilation. However, these diagnoses are within a differential diagnosis that needs to be evaluated by means of a comprehensive medical examination.
