Don't mess around with these symptoms; get to urgent care or a hospital emergency department soon. There are several possibilities, some of them serious, perhaps an intra-abdominal infection. Probably this has nothing to do at all with your past narcotic use. (Congratulations for getting sober!)

Opioid drugs can cause constipation. Try increasing roughage in your diet, drink more water, moderate exercise and OTC stool sofner. If not better pl see your doc. Am glad you were able to shake off the habit. Good luck
