Side/back/stomach pain on/off about a month. blood/urine test fine. ct scan showed nothing but a swollen spleen& swollen abdominal lymph nodes. ideas?

See below: Enlarged spleen & lymph nodes may indicate a lymphoproliferative disorder whereby abnormal blood cells are present. It may also indicate an infection. Do you have other symptoms, including weight loss, fever, nightsweats? Has your doctor began additional work up? Have you been referred to a specialist? Sometimes a bone biopsy may be needed to see abnormal blood cells. I hope you'll find the answer.
