Pulling sensation on lower right abdomen when urination, but doesn't hurt, any ideas what this could be?

Scar tissue?: If you've had pelvic surgery or infection you may have scar tissue in the pelvis. When you urinate the bladder contracts so it moves and may pull on that scar tissue. If it's not painful and your urination is normal I wouldn't worry about it!
