I did not get my period in 2months but negative pregnancy test, i do the test after 60days of 2cycle missed period . is it due to 3 plan b intake in a month ? or because of serious stress ? i just finished my exam?

Normally regular women can occasionally skip a cycle or two. The lack of an egg release is often used as a reason. When it extends past 60-90 days docs often offer pills to bring on menses if the pregnancy test is negative.
