Do u have to wait until u miss a period to get a + pregnancy test. i did 1 @ the hospital a couple days after my period ended it was negative?

No : Some of the new tests will show a positive up to a week before you are due for your period. If you had a period and a negative pregnancy test, you are very unlikely to be pregnant.
