Not really: Stress may have altered her pattern of egg release/menses. The test may also be a false negative. It takes time for the new fetal mass to generate the chemicals that turn a urine test positive. It is more likely to be false positive early in the timing than later. If there was unprotected exposure, pregnancy would be possible.If not, it is likely the stress.
