How long does the hpv vaccine last. i got it over 15 years ago at least, am i still protected? does it protect agains warts this long?

HPV vaccine antibodies decline with time but probably remain at protective levels for life. However, the vaccine hasn't been around long enough to know for sure the protection level after 15 years or more. New HPV infections are uncommon after your age, so it probably doesn't matter much. That said, there would be no harm in having a booster dose if you'd feel better about your risks.
