Condoms are not very good protection against HPV, because often the skin above the condom is infected, in addition to visible abnormalities like warts. The vaccine was highly protective if this event was at least 2-3 weeks after your second vaccine dose.

yes it is possible as the vaccine does not cover all types of the virus and the condom tho a good measure- does not provide 100% protection

HPV is a skin to skin contact, so even if a condom is used other parts of the body will come in contact during sex. Using a condom and being vaccinated is safe but you can always contact HPV years later since virus remains in body for years.
