A member asked:

After a subconcussive bump to the head (bag (approx. 1kg) swung into me; have minimal pain, full memory/consciousness), do i need to adapt my behaviour around food, exercise and rest as i would for a concussion. or can i carry on as normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Without any other constitutional or cognitive symptoms, I don't suspect a concussion has occurred. Still, you should take caution not to get hit again. Do you have a previous history of concussions?
