Maybe mild: If you still have persistent symptoms after one year from a concussion, you should see a neurologist to further evaluate your symptoms. Maybe it was more of an impact than previously thought. If it's not gone after 1 year, there may be another cause.

2 separate issues: for the headache, it sounds like you have an occipital neuralgia (pinched nerve) at the base of the skull. You should consult a neurologist or pain specialist for treatment, that should relieve the pain. The spaciness may be the residual of the concussion. A neurologist may provide relief of this with medications such as Amantadine.
