I hit my head and got a mild concussion on saturday night and tonight my bump looked weird so i squeezed it an puss came out.. should i be concerned?

Infection: You probably don't need to be too concerned, but if the bump doesn't go away, you could have more pus or infection just sitting in your bump. Usually when there is pus, we like to get all of it out. Once it's out, you'll start the healing process. The infection came from getting your head hit hard enough that the skin had a small break or tear that allowed bacteria on your skin to get inside.
