I have celiac and i can only eat gluten free bread, if i eat any other carb even complex carbs, my glucose levels drop very fast, i'm very worried, i need more than bread, what can be happening? do i need an abdominal scan?

I do not see where an abdominal scan would be any part of assessing or treating this problem. A consultation with a clinical nutritionist along with your doctors guidance should help sort out your issues.

The descriptions of your symptoms makes me wonder if you really have celiac disease or some other malabsorption syndrome. You need to see a specialist called gastroenterologist to make a proper diagnosis and render adequate treatment.
