Bloating after meal: Many people think that they have celiac and don't. They unnecessarily go on a gluten free diet. The diagnosis is made by a blood test showing the presence of specific antibodies. If the diagnosis has been ruled out, you may have a sensitivity to gluten or irritable bowel and may want to try a low carb diet. If you drink milk with a meal, this could be the culprit if you are lactose intolerant.

Simethicone: When we increase the fiber in our diet too fast, it traps air which can be uncomfortable till we adjust to the higher fiber load. Simethicone helps a lot with this. Also, splenda (sucralose) and sorbitol (in gummy candies, and some diet candies) and prune juice can cause a lot of gas and bloating too, so don't use them if you are doing so
