Most will: A straight forward surgical implant placement might only need a "tissue punch" or hole or a small incision to allow for the proper placement . Along with a surgical stent made from a CBCT scan, most any of the many root form implant systems will work as you describe. It would depend on what your surgical and restorative team prefers!
