42f healthy. diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome but no dr can help. tongue color normal but always blotchy/burns. no ulcerations. no sls toothpastes. cmp/cbc/sjogren's/bvit panel all good. causes? treatments?

Call your local Dental Society. They can provide you with lists of Dentists with post-graduate degrees in Oral Medicine or Oral Pathology. Primary BMS' cause is idiopathic. Secondary BMS may be triggered by other medical problems, especially neurologic problems. Treatments are usually palliative.

Try consulting a neurologist at an academic center. He or she might also know of someone in the specialty who might be good at that condition. Good luck.
