See doctor ASAP: Several allergic conditions and viral infections can do this. Newly acquired herpes is possible, also coxsackie virus and others. If you also have a skin rash, perhaps Stevens Johns syndrome. Some of these could be serious; return ASAP to the doctor who has been treating you.
