Gabapentin: Gabapentin treats neuropathy. It is not likely that you have neuropathy for burning tongue syndrome. Mouth washes will help. Make sure you do not have yeast. THen keep your mouth moist with ice and ice water.

Yes: Gabapentin has been used to treat burning mouth syndrome, but there are several causes of the syndrome so make sure see have looked at all possible causes. sometimes nothing obvious can be found and then treat symptoms with gabapentin.
