Allergy: It appears you are having an allergic reaction to the cabbage. I recommend you stop eating cabbage and see your doctor for an examination. She can prescribe a "magic mouthwash" concoction which will decrease the discomfort. She'll also examine you and make sure there isn't an infection or others problem going on. Good luck.
