are aura migraine headaches and seeing floaters life threatening and a problem with your brain or eyes?

No: While some migraineurs may get a death wish, a headache never actually killed anybody. A headache (uncommonly) may herald a dangerous or life-threatening event, but not a PRIMARY headache like migraine. You need to educate yourself about migraines so that you can control them; otherwise they will control you. There are good books and also see e.g. http://www.americanmigrainefoundation.org.
