A member asked:

Im about to turn 30, working on obesity, have diabetes and hbp (managed). had an angiogram done through my groin that was clean and clear, words of the doctor. still have palpitations and chest pain, any ideas why this could still be happening?

Assuming you referred to a coronary angiogram, that test apparently revealed normal coronary arteries; there are other, non-coronary potential causes of palpitations and chest pain. Therefore, it's best to return to your doctor to pursue other possible causes of your symptoms.
