One normal EKG & a normal echocardiogram aren't sufficient to evaluate your symptoms of palpitations. You must wear an outpatient cardiac monitor until it records your symptoms to determine whether you're experiencing true cardiac arrhythmias. Your MD or a cardiologist can arrange for monitoring your heart & thyroid tests. Can stress be a factor? In the meantime avoid alcohol & caffeine.
