Less likely: A recent normal coronary angiogram makes Coronary artery disease much much less likely.Other causes chest wall pain,arrtythmia,reflux,gallbladder,pancreas as well as coronary artery spasm or esophageal spasms.caffeine can increase palpitations so woul eliminate that.
