I had a stomach infection on weekend, the doctor give me antibiotics for 10 days, domperidona and lanzopral. i'm still in pain. what can i do?

Not antibiotics: Neither of the medications you listed is an antibiotic. The lanzopral is a proton pump inhibitor only available in several south amer countries (like columbia). It is unclear from your question what the doctor is treating other than acid excess. Either go back to get further explanation or perhaps find a second opinion. Hope you feel better soon.
