I am having a urinary tract infection, therefore, i consulted a doctor and was given antibiotics(moksi 400 mg). i have been taking these medicines as a 5-day course but still haven't had any effect. what should i do now? i need complete guidance?

Have a Urine test including Culture and Sensitivity (C&S) to find out what Organism is causing the problem and what Antibiotics it might be sensitive to for effective resolution.

You are presuming you have UTI, for it to be so you should have symptoms, a urine test and culture to confirm it and treatment accordingly. So if you did not have that done -have it done and be treated. In the meantime drink water and some cranberry juice
