Have left low sided pain. went to er and they did a ct scan and could find nothing wrong. they did use contrast so they could see everything better. everything turned out great. had a colonoscopy in july 2021. what could this possibly be? thanks?

It isn't possible to even guess about causes without a lot more information about your symptoms and perhaps lab studies. Most likely it isn't serious, but that depends on severity and other symptoms in addition to pain. Discuss with the doctor in charge of your care. Good luck.
