The colonoscopy will: let the GI guy see what's inside.thickening can be from scaring from diverticulitis or hopefully nothing more serious.

Abdominal x-ray showed colon thickening. Colonoscopy came back fine. No diverticulitis, etc. Could the X-ray have been wrong or what could have been seen on x-ray that colonoscopy missed? This was x-ray and not a CT. GI did not appear concerned?
