51 m, non smoker, on testosterone therapy. woke up a few days ago with a painful area, quite localised, in my left medial elbow. it doesn't look swollen visually, but it is clearly swollen and very painful on palpation. dvt? something less sinister?

Hello. Ive had two clotting events. A DVT led to a pulmonary embolism in 2016 and a clot in my mesenteric artery in 2020. Xarelto 20mg x day. PCP did bloodwork and my testosterone is low so wants to put me on T shots to. Im not sure if thats ok?
Can testosterone injections of 1.5 ml every three weeks cause a blood clot? 38 and never had a clot before and 2 months after increased dose got dvt.
