Pain: You should see your doctor. You still can have a DVT with a therapeutic pt. You may need a ultrasound or a MRI to evaluate if coming from your cervical spine.

Reevaluate: Dvt may have extended, or new clot. May just be some swelling with a new activity. Consider ultrasound.
