In an ekg what does a heart rate of 160, rsr(v1), and unspecified st depression mean with a patient who is having chest pain?

A heart rate of 160 is quite fast. You don’t say what the rhythm is-is it sinus tachycardia or some other rhythm like atrial fibrillation, for example? The rest of the findings you list are non-specific and don’t help with the diagnosis of chest pain. But, the chest pain could have to do with the rate.
