A heart rate of 160 is quite fast. You don’t say what the rhythm is-is it sinus tachycardia or some other rhythm like atrial fibrillation, for example? The rest of the findings you list are non-specific and don’t help with the diagnosis of chest pain. But, the chest pain could have to do with the rate. A cardiologist should be seen for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
