I have a chronic pain condition.taking oxycodone 10mg every 6 hours,xtampza twice a day & have started oxcarbmazaphine 150mg twice a day.is this combo a risk for seratonin syndrome? really afraid but trying to drop the opioids as oxcarb takes effect?
