: Risk of Serotonin Syndrome is rare in general but is highest for patients who take ≥5 serotonergic agents. Symptoms include restlessness, confusion, diarrhea, hallucinations, dilated pupils, fever, headache, tremor, vomiting, and rapid blood pressure changes. If you experience these symptoms, please go to the ER.

Risk of Serotonin Syndrome is rare in general but is highest for patients who take ≥5 serotonergic agents. Symptoms include restlessness, confusion, diarrhea, hallucinations, dilated pupils, fever, headache, tremor, vomiting, and rapid blood pressure changes. If you experience these symptoms, please go to the ER.
